Kachapuri with Chef Adrian Hadlow - Klein River Cheese Demo Kitchen

Chef Adrian will be demonstrating his love for Middle Eastern food by showing the audience how to prepare dishes that are not common with the normal dishes that are known in this type of cuisine.

Kachapuri is a Georgian flatbread - rustic, indulgent and unapologetically cheesy. While Georgia isn’t technically part of the Middle East, it sat along the old Slk Road trade route, absorbing and sharing influences with its neighbours. Adrian will be demonstrating how to make it from scratch inluding the dough, toppings and condiments. The result? Comforting, rich and incredibly satisfying.
