Craft Spirits Tasting with The Jolly Rooster

Join Stanford's own distillery, The Jolly Rooster, for a special tasting of their gin, mampoer, tequila, witblitz, grappa and rum.

About the Jolly Rooster: Mike and Gigi purchased Jolly Rooster in 2017, the new home of Fynbos Distillery, situated at 32 Kleine Street, in Stanford’s industrial area. The building, and food pairing restaurant, was named Jolly Rooster, in memory of our trip to Panama. The Panamanians have a great love for game fowl. These are not your normal roosters that you see on local farms, but roosters with grandeur. Stanford needed a Portuguese restaurant and we both love the combination of Peri-Peri and Grappa. And so, Jolly Rooster, was born.
