All the ingredients for the canapés. Please note: the canapés may contain nuts

What’s on the menu?

A smoked yellowtail flatbread topped with a Cape Malay aioli, spiced pickled sultanas, citrus orange gel, lemon crème and toasted flaked almonds, paired with Rupert and Rothschild Barones Nadine

Beef short rib served in a mini pita with cherry gel, pink pickled shallot, silky truffle purée and crispy garlic, paired with Rupert and Rothschild Baron Edmond.

A rich dark chocolate cake pop with a Rupert & Rothschild Classique red wine soft centre and finished with a white chocolate drizzle and spiced nut sprinkle, paired with Rupert and Rothschild Classique.

Delivery of the pairing packs will only be made within 50kms of Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban
